- Internet stores do not have a showroom for you to see and try out your various options.
- Internet stores sell what is available in their online store and usually do not provide special order options.
- Internet stores cannot inspect your items for defects that may have occurred in the shipping process.
- Internet stores will drop ship disassembled items to your doorstep or driveway without training for use or assembly assistance.
- Internet stores cannot evaluate and/or repair your equipment.
- Internet stores require the customer to arrange for packing and shipping of the item (if the store even accepts returns)
- Internet stores will usually charge for labor for repairs to items under warranty
